Dr. Rafael Palacios Bustamante

Dr. Rafael Palacios Bustamante has more than ten years of professional experience in companies, universities, research centers and other State institutions both in Europe and in Latin America. Skilled in Innovation Management. His current topics are the development and changes of business models in companies and enterprises. His most current research allows us to affirm the level of dominance of digitization and its effects on current innovation strategies. He currently works as Lecturer and researcher in the Department of Economics and Administration of the Business School Berlin (BSP), Germany.

National director of the Colombian network of universities in entrepreneurship. Coordinator of the Center for Entrepreneurship at the Universidad Piloto de Colombia.
Representative of the Colombian Association of Universities (ASCUN) to the National Entrepreneurship Network (REN) of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism. Member of the technical committee of "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Indicators" of the National Planning Department.
