The wiso Wirtschaftswissenschaften portal offers references and full texts from the fields of business administration, economics, credit economy and work science. It also contains eBooks on these topics.
wiso Praxis provides all kinds of information relevant to business practice. It covers the areas: companies, people, markets and press, and presents reports on current business topics. Finally, it offers access to the complete texts of 140 daily newspapers.
Statista (campus licence)
With Statista you are able to access quantitative figures and data quickly and efficiently. Over 600 industries are statistically evaluated, and the most important statistics and studies from market researchers, associations, specialist publications and state sources are aggregated and processed for your research queries.
PsycINFO
PsycINFO contains references from international literature on psychology and related areas of medicine, psychiatry, nursing, sociology, pedagogy, pharmacology, physiology, linguistics, anthropology, economics and law. The sources are journals, books, dissertations and technical reports. The searchable fields are bibliographical data, descriptors and abstracts.
PsycARTICLES
PsycARTICLES is the full-text journal database of the American Psychological Association (APA). This online database contains over 200,000 articles, currently from 84 peer-reviewed journals from the APA and other leading publishers and organisations. It includes articles from 1894 to the present day, with updates on a weekly basis. PsycARTICLES references articles from all fields of psychology, including basic research. The journals included in PsycARTICLES are also analysed by the much broader database PsycINFO.
Karlsruhe Virtual Catalogue (KVK)
The KVK is a meta-search engine that allows you to simultaneously search German, Austrian, Swiss and other international online catalogues of unions and national libraries and various book retail catalogues with a single query. This is a good starting point for any research.
Newspaper Database (ZDB)
You can use the ZDB to search magazines and newspapers throughout Germany and find out which past editions are available in the respective libraries. You can use the regional identifier “BER” to narrow your search down to Berlin and Brandenburg libraries.
Electronic Journal Library (EZB)
One of the most comprehensive, freely accessible library databases of individual electronic scientific journals. The EZB currently has over 46,500 titles from all subjects.

EconBiz – virtual specialist library for economics
This database offers specialist information on business administration and economics. It also allows you to search the most important databases in the field of economics and almost 18,000 online sources.
medpilot – specialist portal for medicine and health
medpilot is the equivalent of EconBiz for medicine, psychology and other specialist medical fields.
